Jennifer returns to us from western Massachusetts. She is of Narragansett & Pequot Ancestry, and an independent student of American Indian history and culture. She incorporates many aspects of Northeast Woodland Life-Ways in her daily life. Jennifer is a re-enactor portraying an Algonkian woman of the 1750 era; a singer; a historical story teller, and a fancy shawl dancer. Jennifer’s work goal is to dispel old stereotypes and increase awareness of present day Native Americans. Trees used in these exquisite…
