Experience a unique weekend where you will participate in collecting bark, right from the ash tree. Once you have chosen the piece of bark that talks to you, with my instruction, you will learn to shape and secure your design. Each bark piece is unique and yours will be a one-of-a-kind. Over the course of the weekend, two pieces of bark will be used. On Saturday you will create an ash bucket and on Sunday a smaller version will be done. Completion of baskets can vary. Natural embellishments will be available to you, which have been collected on the property. Bring a friend/family member to join us for this fun and challenging weekend. It will be an experience you never forget. Get your hands dirty as you create very special bark baskets. Appropriate clothing is a must – such as work boots and old clothes.
